Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

Part of a series designed to prepare applicants who are seeking Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certifications for the full range of material, these guides offer current test questions, answers, detailed explanations, illustrations, and oral and practical study outlines to the FAA's Knowledge Exams for the Airframe, Powerplant, and General tests. The series is designed in a "fast-track" format for increased comprehension and retention of the studied materials. After taking the practice tests, a Knowledge Test Report form gives only a code for the questions missed, allowing applicants to use Learning Statement codes for efficient studying and to tailor the program for their individual needs.

Synopsis:

The Fast Track series is designed to prepare applicants who are seeking Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certifications for the full range of material on each test of the series. Prospective test takers are supplied with questions that have been used in the FAA's Knowledge Exams for aviation mechanics along with an answer key, explanations, and references to quickly improve their comprehension and retention of the test and study materials. Subject Matter Knowledge Codes are also included enabling students to easily interpret which subject areas are indicated as needing further study on their Knowledge Test Reports.
