I like staying at home. I don't like to travel. That doesn't mean I never wonder about the other regions of the world and their people. I've read a little about other places, but just facts.
Naomi shares a part of her life that just pulled me into her experiences answering questions I had
packed away and questions arising.
Reading her book, "Never In A Hurry", was so much fun,
I read a little bit at a time, and sometimes again, it was so rich and real.
There were parts that were troubling, but that's what she saw. Seeing through her eyes, reading her treasured moments is traveling for me. It's great! Thanks for sharing, Naomi Shihab Nye.
