Seattle, Washington: Terminal Publishing Company 1914 1ed limited 73/300 275pp; Quarto Numbered with a red stamp and signed by the author on the limitation page. Fully bound in pebbled calf with bevelled edges, rules, and gilt lettering blind stamped to front board; rust felt endpapers; black and white frontis of Jacob Furth who Beaton dedicated this history to and three additional plates depicting prominent Seattle figures, all with tissue guards. Profusely illustrated throughout with black and white photographs, plates, and one historical map. Spine and boards are a little rubbed at extremeties. Some yellowng and toning to pages but otherwise internally clean. DSR
