At 55 I have been a Shakespeare enthusiast since I was old enough to read a script. I have studied the bard in college and traveled to the various festivals in his honor around our country. Bill Bryson's book is the best comprehensive epistle on the master and it candidly exposes what we know, what some believe, and what is completely unknown in a wonderful and humorous manner. Buy it!
