This book is an experience that takes you into the lives of 12 gifted, unique children that were faced challenging situations when growing up. It allows one to see things that a person would never really be faced with. The book is a bit "wordy" at times, however, the increadible story telling makes up for it. It's wonderful and highly recommended for high school students and above.
