As an English Lit major in college, I barely have enough time to get all my assigned reading done, much less indulge in guilty pleasure reading. But if you can make the time to read this book, DO! Dead Until Dark has it all: atmosphere, mystery, passion, and characters who seem more like real-life locals than fictional creations. Once you start reading this series it will take supernatural self-control to stop. And really, who would want to?
