Serendipity would have to be responsible for my reading two books on show dogs in less than a week. This one, however, was more interesting than the last - not because I'd suddenly become a dog lover or got into dog shows but because this book had an interesting story too.
Melanie's aunt calls her urgently with a request for help. Melanie acquiesces and soon finds herself enmeshed in the dog-eat-dog world of dog shows! She takes us along an unexpected journey to a surprising conclusion. This is the first in a series and certainly I would recommend it.
