I highly recommend this book for many purposes:
1) to help you understand animals that appear in your dreams.
2) to encourage you to become attuned to the natural world.
3) for the guided meditations and exercises.

This is a book I go back to over and over again.

Very good book ! For lovers of nature for planing how
to spend time in nature for rituals within your psyche
and boosting your inner self.
