This book is awesome and life changing! Gary Craig describes EFT practice in a beautifully simple and straightforward manner. I knew absolutely nothing about EFT before reading this book. Afterwards, I am now able to use EFT effectively for all kinds of things ranging from childhood issues and depression, to headaches. This book is a real blessing! I thoroughly recommend it.
