Apples are an amazingly versatile fruit; they are delicious raw and have infinite possibilities when it comes to cooking. Seriously. If you're not sure what to do with apples aside from making a pie or mixing them into oatmeal, pick up “101 Things to Do With Apples” and prepare to have your world rocked. Tired of just adding apple chunks to a boring green salad? Try Warm Grilled Chicken, Apple and Leek Salad instead. Apple in your soup? You bet! Cook up a pot of Beet and Apple Soup, and see how delicious it can be! This little book includes recipes for meat dishes, meatless dishes, condiments, and an abundance of dessert options. Butterscotch Apple Muffins, Maple Raisin-Apple Tartlets, and Nutella and Fried-Apple Tortilla Wraps are sure to get your mouth watering! No pictures to be found, but the recipes are formatted nicely, and all are listed in the table of contents in the front of the book. If you're looking for some new ideas, give this book a try! You're sure to find something that appeals to you.
