About the AuthorAuthor Saviour Pirotta is the bestselling author of over 100 children's books including a version of Aesop's Fables (Kingfisher) and the popular If You Love a Fairy Tale (Barron's Educational Series, Incorporated), illustrated by Susanna Lockheart. His work ranges from novelty titles for toddlers to short novels and collections of fairy tales. He lives in Saltaire, West Yorkshire, England.
Illustrator Mark Robertson lives in England. His book The Sandcastle (Frances Lincoln Children's Books) was short-listed for the Children's Book Award and long-listed for The Kate Greenaway award in 2002.
