About the Author

Hugh Durrant-Whyte is CEO of NICTA (National ICT Australia Ltd). Nicholas Roy is Associate Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT and General Chair of RSS 2012. Pieter Abbeel is Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley.
