He would sell his warrior soul to possess her....

An alluring laird....

No woman could refuse his touch, but no woman ever stirred his heart — until a vengeful fairy tumbled Adrienne de Simone out of modern-day Seattle and into medieval Scotland. It needs to be said that I am not a fan of romance books. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have the same reaction to this as I have to other romance novels. I liked this one, Moning created such a beautiful world and Adrienne, was a strong woman who was very self sufficient.

The relationship was built of time, I didn't feel like it was soul mates at first sight type of story for the characters. The dialog was wonderful, yes there were a few lines that were cheesy, but it's a romance novel, so that is to be expected.

If you like romance novels, or even if you don't I would say give Moning's books a chance, take it from someone who isn't a fan of romance novels I really enjoy Moning's books.

This was a re read and I plan to re read all of her books so I can review them better.
