I have not read this book but it looks like something that would be very valuable for those who are struggling from mental and verbal abuse. They seem to have very little self-control over saying No to their abusers. The results of the abuse do cause the abused to be afraid to be alone, causing them to continually return to the abuser. I am impressed that within the very small description about this book, I have already seen the characteristics of the abuse in my daughters life. Thank you.
