This book first captivates you with is illustrations. Than as you begin to read it fills your head with the history and origin of each spices. You read tips on selecting your spices. Then you just can’t wait to go to the store to get your spices and ingredients to make the delicious dishes between these pages. The Spice Bible is a grate read cover to cover and a excellent references and cookbook for your shelf.
