About the Author

Kris Carr—author, award-winning filmmaker, and motivational speaker—has written two previous skirt! books: the best-selling Crazy Sexy Cancer Tips (2007) and Crazy Sexy Cancer Survivor (2008). She has led health and healing workshops at the Omega Institute, Kripalu, the Crossings, and the New York Open Center. She lectures around America at medical schools, hospitals, wellness centers, corporations, and universities such as Harvard. Carr is on the Advisory Board of Donna Karans Urban Zen Foundation and is the founder of Red House Pictures and the popular health hub, Crazysexylife.com.
