Unfortunately, Sister Mary Loquacious of the Chattering Order has misplaced the Antichrist. The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse ride motorcycles. And the representatives from Heaven and Hell have decided they actually like the human race...

Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett subscribe to the notion one should not blame malice for that which can be explained by stupidity and/or incompetence. The Apocalypse is right on schedule until ALL the players have a hand in the game. Good and Evil are playing by rules they don't really understand and humanity wends its merry way toward whatever fate awaits it. Funny beyond words as well as thought provoking.

This book had me laughing all the way through. You have to love it when the Apocalypse isn't going according to plan. Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett make for a perfect team, and their combined wit is razor sharp.
