This book is amazing. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for a year when a friend loaned it to me. It explained what every woman should know: that not everyone ovulates on day 14 of her cycle, let alone has a 28-day cycle. With this book as a guide, we were able to conceive only 4 months after I started charting!

Weschler has eloquently written a user friendly and informative how-to fertility book which every woman must own! This treasure is a one stop book for anything you desire to know about natural family planning. Topics range from prevention and health to planning and problem resolution. I highly reccomend purchasing a copy for yourself and any woman who has a desire to understand her body.
