This book is really recomended for user BO XI, very step by step and complete reference.
I believe if you read it, you'll easily understand what is BO and the powerfull of BI.

It is one of the Best Book on Business Intellegence and it gives in-depth knowledge in Business Object's and gives good start and answers all question of customer's and many more things
