The Truth About Forever is such a beautiful story that I wished I could live in Macy's shoes. I kept thinking to myself that this is going to happen or that is surly going to happen but it never worked out how I thought it would. That was both a good thing and a bad thing.

Most of the time I wanted to throw this book across the room or throw this book at someones head or want to go inside the pages and throttle someone. If a book can get me to feel like that then it a page-turner and an amazing read.

I would recommend this book for anyone who loves to read a story with no paranormal preference or want to read a story about real life situation and relationships then this is a book for you.

This book is a classic YA romance book, giving you friendship, family problems, and (what else?) love. Macy teaches you how to follow your heart, not others, to be happy and to defy expectations. I love this story so much and I have fallen in love with the unique characters.

This was the first book I'd ever read by Sarah Dessen. MY sisters and friends had told me to read it over and over and I finally picked it up and was instantly pulled right in! One of my favorites by her!

This was the first Sarah Dessen book I've ever read. Amazon had recommended it to me over and over, so when I when finally saw it at Kmart, I broke down and bought it. I wasn't sure how much I would like though. But after I started reading it, I couldn't put it down! The characters and situations are extremely believable. I can guarantee that you'll fall in love with Wes and be cheering for his relationship with a certain someone to happen. This book has just the right amount of happy moments and moments that will cause your stomach much pain. The ending is perfect and it definitely leaves you begging for more.

This is one book I'd definitely recommend to any and all of my friends.

Expect the unexpected.

Macys got her whole summer carefully planned.

"Synopsis" by ,

Macy's summer stretches before her, carefully planned and outlined. She will spend her days sitting at the library information desk. She will spend her evenings studying for the SATs. Spare time will be used to help her obsessive mother prepare for the big opening of the townhouse section of her luxury development.

But Macy's plans don't anticipate a surprising and chaotic job with Wish Catering, a motley crew of new friends, or…Wes. Tattooed, artistic, anything-but-expected Wes. He doesn't fit Macy's life at all—so why does she feel so comfortable with him? So…happy? What is it about him that makes her let down her guard and finally talk about how much she misses her father, who died before her eyes the year before?
