The Song of Kail can be heard through the filth & stench of Calcutta's streets. Its beauty and terror intertwine to create a melody that will not easily be forgotten.
Dan Simmons creates a vividly descriptive novel which takes an American couple and their baby on a journey in search of a long believed dead poet and his final horrific manuscript. Once they're introduced to the cult of Kali (a four armed godess of evil) their lives will never be the same. Her seductive reign of evil will stir even the most hardened horror fan.
