Publisher Comments:

Widow Traci Evans happily sits in on meetings with the lovely ladies of the Invincible Sisterhood solely because they reached out to her first.  A loner, Traci feels for the first time she belongs.  All of the official members are sweet older women who have lost the love of their lives, their husbands. Unknown to them, Traci is more angry than she is grief-stricken because her husband died in the midst of cheating on her with another woman.

Her husbands deception has hardened Tracis heart so much that even close friend and next door neighbor Maureen can't convince her to open it again. But when a playful kiss with Maureen's gorgeous son Ryan turns passionate, Traci starts to rethink everything she knows about love.

Francis Ray's "Not Even If You Begged" is absolutely wonderful. I was pleased with how she handled the May-December romance between Maureen and Simon and the tough girl-patient man romance between Traci and Ryan. She even dealt with mental illness in a very revealing manner.

This book will be even better if you read the unofficial prequel of In Another Man's Bed (another fantastic story). It helps you to understand some of the dynamics of other characters and their relationship to Traci.

Francis receives a thumbs up from me!

"Not Even If You Beg" is another great read from Francis Ray. This story gives the reader a couple of great romances, between a Mother and her Son's younger friend and the Son with a friend of his Mother's. Francis Ray fans will not be disappointed and those new to Francis Ray are in for a wonderful treat.
