I love this book -- one day at a time, exploring themes that START on the mat, & very quickly expand outward to include your whole life. YUM.

I use this book as both a yoga practicioner and a teacher. The wisdom in the passages applies to life in general, not just yoga. It's a great way to remind me to slow down and appreciate life and a way to ease my students back after Savasana.

"Synopsis"
by Ingram,
As more and more people engage in various forms of yoga, whether at traditional centers, in the high-powered atmosphere of sports clubs, or on their own, they begin to realize that far from being just another exercise routine, yoga is a discipline of the body and the mind. These 365 meditations offer a way to integrate the mindfulness that yoga teaches into everyday life. Whether used in the morning to set the tone for the day, during yoga exercise itself, or at the end of the day, during evening reflection, the pieces included in this book will support and enhance anyone's yoga journey.
