This book really helped me figure out some tough issues after the birth of my first child. Every woman should have this kind of pelvic care recommended for basic postpartum wellness! Tami is really intuitive and does some amazing work that most people of western European influence/persuasion do not have experience with. It seems to be something of a forgotten art that has been emerging lately. She included lots of wonderful energy balancing exercises which seems to be the basis for good health. Enjoy, be uplifted and inspired by reading this book!

I am actually just ordering this book but have had a session with Tami while visiting Portland. She's an amazingly intelligent and gifted healer who uses such innovative and yet ancient ways of helping her clients with their own self-knowledge. I really applaud her talents and wisdom and look forward to reading the book. I'll comment again after the pleasure of reading it.
