An excellent book! I read this book years ago as a request for all employees at the salon I was working at. This short but powerful story of the Pike Place Fish Market in Seattle, WA has left a lasting impression on my life. I highly recommend this book!

Great book. Our team used this for a team building off-site. We learned things about each other and how our different strenghts and weaknesses can be incorporated to better our team performance.

In this engrossing parable, a fictional manager is charged with the responsibility of turning a chronically unenthusiastic and unhelpful department into an effective team. Addressing today's work issues (including employee retention and burnout) with an appealing message that applies to any sector of any organization, "Fish!" offers wisdom that is easy to grasp, instantly applicable, and profound--the hallmarks of a true business classic.
