I'm really loving this. I like bringing the full body into the reflections. Staying in touch with my body during a time when a lot of junk food is in my face is very helpful. As a personal devotional I find this a wonderful book. Three and a half stars because I am disappointed that the reflections don't continue through Epiphany.

The Advent cycle is four weeks. I was a little confused by the six week group study guide provided at the end. I'm not sure the best way to gather six times in the four week period. Just my lack of creativity.

Thank you Upper Room for sharing this title with me in exchange for my honest review. I was grateful for this opportunity.
