Even if you never made a single recipe in this "cookbook" it would be worth it. Fallon does an excellent job of outlining how our food choices affect our bodies immensely. It cuts through food politics to get down to the chemistry of how our bodies work and how food facilitates that process.I found it very enlightening.

This book is one of my favorite nutrition books. It has some very interesting information in it that people today really don't think about when they are preparing food. I feel great knowing that I can provide a healthy meal for my family by following the simple instructions in this book. Love it! I think this is a book that everyone should read!
