Publisher Comments:

Kitty Polowski is trying to find her place in the world. She's also searching for the one, her soul mate. She thought she found him once but it wasn't to be. As hard as she tries, she can't get over "the one who got away," although she knows she must. She embarks on a not-so-desperate search for another one. What safer way to meet new men than anonymously on the Internet? She soon discovers the Internet isn't so anonymous. She's certain someone's stalking her, but afraid to tell anyone for fear of ridicule. Her suspicions are so outlandish no one would ever believe her.In the midst of menopause, she can't distinguish between reality and paranoia as the stalker gets closer. People she knows are dying. Is it merely a coincidence? Everyone is suspect, especially John. Can she run from her past? Can she hide? And who is John?

As the author of this romantic mystery novel, I can honestly say that it took a lot of blood, sweat and tears (both joyful and sorrowful) as I created this story. If you'd like insight on what a woman goes through when the big "M" hits, you'll find it within these pages. You'll also have a whole new view of men named "John" and the numbers 1010. I hope you enjoy the read!
