I REALLY HAVE NOT HAD THE CHANCE TO READ THIS BOOK.BUT IM GOING OUT TO BUY THE BOOK.IM IN BAD NEED TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT.I WAS WATCHING THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW IT GAVE ME ENCOURAGEMENT TO WANT TO START MY YEAR OFF RIGHT TO LOSE THE WEIGHT.I HAD A HEART BY PASS LAST YEAR IN FEBUARY.AND I REALIZE THAT I HAVE NOT GOTTEN OVER THAT.I GET DEPRESSED AND EAT.SO I PRAY THAT READING THE BOOK WILL GET ME ON THE RIGHT TRACK.
