Mo Willems writes books that parents enjoy reading and kids like hearing. He came to the Texas Book Fair last year and read Knuffle Bunny Too (so glad that he cleared up the pronunciation). It is a really fun read, with cartoons so spot-on that they capture parental chagrin and childhood moods, combined with background photos of his home town, Brooklyn. Sure the be a favorite in many homes. My three-year-old loves it. I do too.

The adventures of Knuffle Bunny continue in Knuffle Bunny Too. If you enjoyed the first book, I think you will like this one as well.
The art is amazing! Read it again just to look at all the details.
And the story is something I might have pulled as a little girl. Mo Willems gets kids and how they think and feel.

"Synopsis"
by Ingram,
Using a combination of muted black-and-white photos and expressive illustrations, the author of the Caldecott Honor book Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus! tells a true-to-life tale about what happens when Daddy's in charge and things go terribly, hilariously wrong.
"Synopsis"

This stunning follow-up to the Caldecott Honor-winning Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Tale begins as Trixie excitedly takes her one-of-a-kind Knuffle Bunny to school to show her friends. However, an awful surprise awaits her. Illustrations.
