Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

Tales from the Oregon Ducks Sidelines takes the reader through a fun-filled trip of Oregon's gridiron history with compelling and anecdotal stories. Author Brian Libby takes Duck fans to a spot on the 50 yard-line, a seat on the bench, and into the locker room as he tells colorful tales from and about the Oregon football program from its start in 1894 to the current era.

Dan Fouts, Joey Harrington, Kenny Wheaton, Bill Musgrave, Rich Brooks, and others are among the former players and coaches who provided stories, anecdotes, tales, and perspective about the Ducks that makes for truly interesting reading for all Oregon fans. Off-the-field stories, such as the team's much-talked-about uniform designs by Nike, are also part of this first-of-a-kind book about Oregon Ducks football.

Synopsis:
