A friend has been suggesting I read this book for seven years and I finally caved. I'm not crazy about the title but in the end it gives great tools for standing up for yourself, dealing with violent or unreasonable people, and hostile situations. Fantastic book not only for communicating with others but also for dealing with the nasty critical voices that we all have in our own heads. Highly recommended to everyone.
