I loved watching the Anime when I was younger and so far I love the manga as well. I was really happy when I found out they were retranslating the manga because I had gotten a volume of the original translation out from the library and all several of the names were different than I was used to but they are familiar in this version. All the characters are unique and interesting and it has a great plot. I am looking forward to the next volume!

I have been a fan of Sailor Moon for about 15 years, and was so happy to hear that Kodansha was reprinting the manga after it being out of print for so many years. The story is wonderful as always, and the only reason I am giving it 4 out of five stars are some minor issues with the translation: night school instead of the traditional cram school, calling Motoki "bro" all the time instead of using the -onisan honorific, etc. The honorifics are well done in most cases, but there are some odd gramatical errors. The manga is the reprinted and retouched second edition reprinted in Japan for the 2003 re-release. It stays in the original Japanese reading format, right to left, and includes translation notes. Overall, a welcome edition and I will be getting the rest of the series!
