The Complete Idiot's Guide to Being Vegetarian is a complete guide-book to all of the ins and outs of a vegetarian lifestyle, whatever kind you decide to be. This book is a fascinating read for anyone considering making the switch as well as those interested in learning how to accommodate a vegetarian friend or family member.
