The authors (professors of law at the Suffolk U. Law School) have structured this introduction to the foundations of international law according to the presentation of "examples" and "explanations." The "examples" contain materials illustrating real world problems of international law and posing problems for the students; problems that are then worked out by the authors in "explanations."
