VideoAbout the AuthorMary Ann Shaffer has worked as an editor, a librarian, and in bookshops. The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society is her first novel. Her niece, Annie Barrows, is the author of the childrens series Ivy and Bean, as well as The Magic Half. They both live in northern California.
