About the Author

Andrew Halstead has over 25 years' experience in the recognition, management, and control of garden pests and has participated in television and radio programs on the subject. A.R. Chase is President of chase Research Gardens in California. A nationally recognized expert on diseases of ornamental plants, Dr. Chase has written five books and hundreds of journal articles. Daniel Gilrein is Extension Entomologist with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County, N.Y. He is the author of numerous articles on insects and mites affecting ornamental plants and vegetables.
