Synopses & Reviews

Publisher Comments:

Esoteric Anatomy offers a spiritual approach to massage, bodywork, and somatic psychology, demystifying an ancient transpersonal model for understanding energy in nature and working with consciousness in the healing arts.

Synopsis:

An illustrated, hands-on guide to Polarity Therapy

-- Complete with resource guide, glossary, bibliography, and texts for meditation practices

On the cutting edge of holistic health and psychology, Esoteric Anatomy is the fruit of two decades of research by a practitioner and teacher of "body-centered emotional healing". It offers a way of understanding the body as energy and consciousness and, based on this, methods of tapping into the healing presence of the soul and the unity of "all consciousness". Students of yoga and other related disciplines will find this work of great interest.
