About the Author

Nancy Snow is a Fulbright scholar and author of Propaganda, Inc.: Selling American's Culture to the World. She is assistant professor in mass and international communications in the College of Communications at California State University, Fullerton and adjunct lecturer at the Annenberg School for Communication, University of Southern California. Snow is a frequent commentator on American influence, politics and culture to national and international media including KNBC-TV, Los Angeles Times, Christian Science Monitor, Agence-France Press, National Public Radio, Pacifica Radio, BBC, Sky News, Swiss National Public Radio, and German ZDF Television. She serves as a faculty consultant to the Center for Experiential Education and Service Learning, University of California, Los Angeles, where she teaches community-based research in media and social change.
