About the Author

Karon Karter is the author of several books, including The Complete Idio‛s Guide to the Pilates Method, The Core Strength Workout, and Healthy Living for Travelers. She currently teaches fitness classes at several major health clubs in Dallas, and has written fitness, health, and travel articles for the Dallas Morning News and D magazine.
