About the Author
Jenna Hays McEachern worked for Jones Ramsey and Bill Little as an editor and gofer in the UT Sports Information Department while pursuing her degree in photojournalism at The University of Texas. She has been a freelance writer and editor for the past thirty years, and served as editor in the Oral History Department of the LBJ Library and as senior editor for the Presidential Election Study Series Snapshots of the 1988 Presidential Campaign. She was the editor for One Heartbeat-A Philosophy of Teamwork, Life, and Leadership and for One Heartbeat II-The Road to the National Championship, both written by Mack Brown and Bill Little. Jenna and her husband, Randy McEachern, live in Austin, Texas, where they reared three sensational children; Bailey and Hays McEachern and Lester Simmons.
