Linda Larsen (Northfield, MN) is the acclaimed author of The Everything Quick and Easy 30-Minute, 5-Ingredient Cookbook, The Everything Meals for a Month Cookbook, The Everything Tex-Mex Cookbook, and The Everything Low-Fat, High-Flavor Cookbook, 2nd Edition. Her aim in the kitchen is to make quick, healthy meals using shortcut ingredients. Ms. Larsen holds a degree with High Distinction in food science and nutrition from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in biology from St. Olaf College.
