She has been writing and delivering trainings for providers, parents, and home visitors for more than forty years. She holds a masters degree in education, curriculum, and instruction. Donna is the co-author of The Home Visitors Manual: Tools and Strategies for Effective Interactions with Family Child Care Providers.

Sharon Woodward: Sharon Woodward is the executive director of S&D Instructional Services. She has more than twenty years of experience supporting family child care professionals and is also the author of Family Child Care Curriculum: Teaching through Quality Care and co-author of The Home Visitors Manual: Tools and Strategies for Effective Interactions with Family Child Care Providers. Sharon holds a degree in social work.
