Erik Hatcher is an Apache Software Foundation member and committer on several projects including Ant, Lucene, and Tapestry. He is a frequent speaker at industry events including JavaOne, OSCON, JUG meetings, and the No Fluff, Just Stuff symposiums. He is the author of many articles published at java.net, JavaPro, and developerWorks and is the coauthor of Java Development with Ant. He lives in Charlottesville, Virginia.
