Publisher Comments:

Keith Donohue.

What would you do if you were inmortal? A saga of love and vengeance across the centuries, with Maine, Boston, Paris and Hungary as a backdrop.

In the small town of St. Andrews, Maine, a young woman is accused of killing a man.  Luke, doctor on duty and a man tormented by his own demons since leaving his wife and daughters, is willing to listen to the beautiful Lanore. She claims she is inmortal, having been living for two hundred years.

Long ago, with a broken heart, Lanore was forced to hide the shame of her pregnancy in Boston. But before she arrivewd at the convent, she fell under the spell of a fascinating and frightening man: Adair, a Hungerian nobleman that promised her a world of unknown pleasures and unlimited powers... She believed if she joined him, it would help her recover from a broken heart.  But at what price?

INMORTAL is a story about the power of love, the capacity to corrupt and how it can push us to horrible acts on their behalf, and also on the value of love and how it requires sacrifices and affords redemption.
