The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook is more than a cookbook, it is an excellent wellness reference. This book has been my DAILY go to guide to understanding how the body reacts to certain foods, detox programs, the harmful effects of toxins and super simple and yummy recipes. This book has a wonderful, easy to understand approach to how gluten ,dairy, soy and sugar effect the body. It is one of the few resources I have found to completely represent what a healthy cookbook should be all about. I can't get enough of this book! Every home shouldn't be with out a copy of The Whole Life Nutrition Cookbook.

It is a hard book to get a hold of, so when you find a copy grab it!
