About the Author

Laura Numeroff is the author of the best selling IF YOU GIVE A MOUSE A COOKIE and IF YOU GIVE A MOOSE A MUFFIN,both illustrated by Felicia Bond, as well as many other books for children. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, and graduated from Pratt Institute. A resident of Brentwood California, Ms Numeroff is an expert on sister eccentricity--she's the youngest of three.

My son and I love this story the best out of all the If You Give books. It is such a cute story! By the end of the book we want muffins and jam so bad. My son is not quit 3, but the Laura Numeroff books really keep his attention and he will even ask me to read them over and over again. I never mind reading them again because they are such fun stories.
