About the Author

Margaret Peterson Haddix is the author of many critically and popularly acclaimed YA and middle grade novels, including The Missing series and the Shadow Children series. A graduate of Miami University (of Ohio), she worked for several years as a reporter for andlt;iandgt;The Indianapolis Newsandlt;/iandgt;. Since I read Among the Hidden, I wanted to do an author study on this author. I am a 7th grader at America's School Of Heroes. My class and I have just finished reading Among the Barons and I just started among the emeny, so far it is good.
