“Stunning...the most profound insight I have read in the last six years about Barack Obama.” — NEWT GINGRICH

YOU WILL NEVER SEE OBAMA THE SAME WAY AGAIN

Hes been called many things: a socialist, a radical fellow traveler, a Chicago machine politician, a prince of the civil rights movement, a virtual second coming of Christ, or even a covert Muslim.

But as New York Times bestselling author Dinesh DSouza points out in this shockingly revealing book, these labels merely slap our own preconceived notions on Barack Obama.

The real Obama is a man shaped by experiences far different from those of most Americans; he is a much stranger, more determined, and exponentially more dangerous man than youd ever imagined. He is not motivated by the civil rights struggles of African Americans in the 1960s—those battles leave him wholly untouched. He is not motivated by the socialist or Marxist propaganda that hypnotized a whole generation of wooly–minded academics and condescending liberals—those concepts also leave him cold.

What really motivates Barack Obama is an inherited rage—an often masked, but profound rage that comes from his African father; an anticolonialist rage against Western dominance, and most especially against the wealth and power of the very nation Barack Obama now leads. It is this rage that explains the previously inexplicable, and that gives us a startling look at what might lie ahead.

In The Roots of Obamas Rage youll learn: Why Obamas economic policies are actually designed to make America poorer compared to the rest of the world Why Obama will welcome a nuclear Iran Why Obama sees America as a rogue nation—worse than North Korea The real reason Obama banished a bust of Winston Churchill from the White House and ordered NASA to praise the scientific contributions of Muslims Why Obama would like to make Americas superpower status a thing of the past

Stunning, provocative, original, and telling—no one has better diagnosed who Obama is, what he intends to do, and why he poses an existential threat to America than Dinesh DSouza in The Roots of Obamas Rage.

Synopsis:

Americans want a president who is a servant--not a monster. But unfortunately, a Hobbesian "leviathan" is exactly what we have, says bestselling author D'Souza, who exposes how Obama's philosophy towards government is threatening not only economic and personal freedom, but America's national sovereignty as well.

Synopsis:

Critis of President Obama have attached him as a socialist, an African-American radical, a big government liberal. But somehow the critics have failed to reveal what's truly driving Barak Obama. Now bestselling author Dinesh DSouza throws out these misplaced attacks in his new book, The Roots of Obamas Rage.

The reason, explains D'Souza, that Obama appears to be working to destroy America from within is found, as Obama himself admits, in "The Dreams of his Father": a deeply-hostile anti-colonialism. Instilled in him by his father, this worldview has led President Obama to resent America and everything for which we stand.

Viewing Obama through this anti-colonialism prism and drawing evidence from President Obamas own life and writings, DSouza masterfully shows how Obama is working to weaken and punish America here and abroad. From enacting crippling financial reforms to setting artificial withdrawal dates in Iraq and Afghanistan, Obama is trying to muzzle the capitalism which he sees as exploiting the weak. Our president, argues D'Souza, is more concerned with being labeled as America the Oppressor than winning the war on terror. Other examples of how Obama's anti-colonial mindset influence his policies include:in the midst of the BP oil spill Obama made a point of saying that while the United States has 2 percent of the worlds oil, it uses 25 percent of the worlds (apparently limited) oil resources – as if using that additional 23 percent were a form of Western piracy and inequity,

the Churchill bust in the Oval Office—given to the U.S. by Tony Blair after the September 11 attacks—was banished from the White House and sent back to Britain,

Obamas conference on Iran and North Koreas nuclear weapons programs ends with nothing being done about Iran and North Korea, but with reductions in the Soviet and American stockpiles, and

Obama spent 20 years in the Afrocentric church of the Reverend Wright—to whose church he was first attracted by a sign outside that said: FREE AFRICA.

The Roots of Obamas Rage reveals Obama for who he really is: a man driven by the anti-colonial ideology of his father and the first American president to actually seek to reduce America's strength, influence, and standard of living. Controversial and compelling, The Roots of Obamas Rage is poised to be the one book that truly defines Obama and his presidency.

Synopsis:

From THE ROOTS OF OBAMAS RAGE

We are today living out the script for America and the world that was dreamt up not by Obama but by Obamas father. How do I know this? Because Obama says so himself. Reflect for a moment on the title of his book: its not Dreams of My Father but rather Dreams from My Father. In other words, Obama is not writing a book about his fathers dreams; he is writing a book about the dreams that he got from his father.

Think about what this means. The most powerful country in the world is being governed according to the dreams of a Luo tribesman of the 1950s—a polygamist who abandoned his wives, drank himself into stupors, and bounced around on two iron legs (after his real legs had to be amputated because of a car crash caused by his drunk driving). This philandering, inebriated African socialist, who raged against the world for denying him the realization of his anti-colonial ambitions, is now setting the nations agenda through the reincarnation of his dreams in his son. The son is the one who is making it happen, but the son is, as he candidly admits, only living out his fathers dream. The invisible father provides the inspiration, and the son dutifully gets the job done. America today is being governed by a ghost.

This is a good book to give a prospective of why we are going down the path we are going. Things are going according to Obama's plan, even though his plan was never truly ennunciated during the election. The book does a good job of tying the writings of Obama and the realities of the current situation together. It's thesis is one of the few that actually ties together almost all of the actions that Obama has taken, from not being the first "black" president to his bowing to the Arab leaders.
