I normally associate Keith Floyd with Spanish or Italian food (and of course red wine!) so it was a surprise to come across this book. However it is fantastic with loads of great recipes, clear pictures and easy to follow recipes. It covers every well known curry that I have ever had as well as lots of new ones. I am also pleased to say that I have tried lots of them and the finished dish actually comes out tasting great - and I am by no means the worlds best cook!
